For the uninitiated, ‘Come Dine With Me Malta’ is a local adaptation of the popular British TV show, where five contestants, each with a unique culinary style, take turns hosting a dinner party for the others. The catch? They’re judged on their cooking, presentation, and hosting skills, with the winner walking away with €1,000 and the coveted title of Malta’s best home cook.

This season promises to be even more exciting, with a mix of new and familiar faces, and a few surprises thrown in. From Kitchen to Camera

We caught up with last season’s winner, Maria Xuereb, who shared her tips. “Be confident in your cooking,” she advises, “and don’t be afraid to show your personality.
