Heading over to sister island Gozo, Għasri’s Summer Nights is back with a bang. Every Friday until the end of September, the village square transforms into an open-air concert venue. This week, May 22, sees local band The Busker take to the stage. Pack a picnic, grab some friends, and enjoy a night of live music under the stars.

Back on the mainland, history buffs won’t want to miss the guided tours at Fort St. Elmo in Valletta. Running every day from May 19 to May 24, these tours look the fort’s rich history, from its role in the Great Siege of Malta to its more recent use as a naval hospital.
