Malta Candidate Spends Campaign Funds on Public Defibrillator

Mark, a long-time resident of Birkirkara, was tired of the traditional campaign tactics. “I wanted to make a difference, not just talk about it,” he said. So, he traded in his flyer budget for a life-saving device. “I thought, what better way to connect with my community than by giving them something that could save lives?”
