The heroin, with an estimated street value of €13,000, was found during a raid conducted by the Drugs Unit of the Malta Police Force. The operation, which involved several officers, resulted in the arrest of a 35-year-old man from Birkirkara. The suspect is currently being held in custody pending further investigations.
