The explosion occurred around 9:30 AM, causing significant damage to the house and sending debris flying into neighbouring properties. Within minutes, a fierce fire broke out, billowing thick smoke into the sky, visible from nearby towns. Fire services rushed to the scene, battling the blaze for over an hour before bringing it under control.

“I was in my kitchen when I heard this massive bang,” said Maria, a neighbour who wished to remain anonymous. “I ran outside and saw the house on fire. It was terrifying.”

Residents from several houses were evacuated as a precaution, with some spending hours away from their homes while emergency services worked to ensure the area was safe. Miraculously, no serious injuries were reported, although a few residents were treated for shock and minor injuries.
