Mango & Hailey Bieber Launch Summer 2026 Collection in Malta
Malta’s Mango Store Unveils Summer 2026 Collection with Hailey Bieber
As the Mediterranean sun begins to beat down on the historic streets of Valletta, so does the heat on the local fashion scene. Mango, the Spanish retailer with a strong presence on our islands, has just lifted the veil on its Summer 2026 collection, and it’s a star-studded affair. The brand’s new line, launched at their Republic Street store, features none other than international supermodel and entrepreneur, Hailey Bieber.
Bieber’s Mediterranean-Inspired Styles
Bieber, known for her effortless California cool, has brought a touch of the Mediterranean to Mango’s latest collection. The line, aptly named ‘Sunset Boulevard’, is a vibrant blend of bold prints, flowing fabrics, and statement pieces that seem to have been designed with Malta’s warm climate in mind. Think flowing maxi dresses in bold florals, reminiscent of the island’s lush gardens, and sleek, tailored separates that would look right at home in the bustling streets of Paceville.
Bieber, who was in Malta for the launch, told Hot Malta, “I’ve always loved the Mediterranean vibe. The colors, the prints, the laid-back style – it’s all so inspiring. I’m thrilled to have collaborated with Mango to bring a bit of that spirit to their Summer collection.”
Sustainability Meets Style
But it’s not just about the style. Mango, like many brands today, is increasingly focusing on sustainability. The ‘Sunset Boulevard’ collection is no exception. A significant portion of the line is made from eco-friendly materials, from organic cotton to recycled polyester. The brand is also committed to reducing its environmental impact, with initiatives like its Take Action program, which encourages customers to recycle their old clothes in exchange for discounts.
Maria José Contreras, Mango’s Head of Sustainability, said, “We’re really proud of this collection. It’s not just about looking good, it’s about doing good too. We want our customers to feel great about what they’re wearing, knowing they’re making a difference.”
Malta’s Fashion Future
For Malta, the launch of this collection is more than just a fashion event. It’s a testament to the island’s growing status as a hub for international fashion brands. With its Mediterranean climate, rich history, and burgeoning cultural scene, Malta is becoming an increasingly attractive destination for fashionistas and brands alike.
Minister for Tourism and Consumer Protection, Clayton Bartolo, told Hot Malta, “We’re thrilled to see Mango continuing to invest in Malta. Our island is not just a great place to visit, it’s a great place to do business. We’re committed to supporting initiatives like this that drive growth and innovation in our fashion industry.”
