Kevin Camilleri, a familiar face in Malta’s labour movement, has been approved as the GWU’s new General Secretary. Camilleri’s journey to the GWU’s top post is a testament to his dedication and passion for workers’ rights. A former shop steward at the Malta Freeport, Camilleri rose through the ranks, representing workers’ interests at the negotiating table.
